For many of us, working at a desk or at a computer is a large part of how we work. For many people work is so time consuming it starts to take a toll on our physical and mental health. This session is a great way for people who work sitting to move in ways that have been proven to refresh our body and mind. This session is done primarily sitting down, and participants will leave with tools to help their posture, restore energy in overworked parts of the body, as well as bring a sense of calm to the rest of their day.
